Jolly Phone provides AI-powered phone answering for businesses. When you call a business that uses Jolly Phone, or when you use our website or client dashboard, this policy describes what we collect and how we handle it.
Our virtual assistant answers on behalf of the business you dialed. During the call we may collect:
Calls may be recorded, and the assistant discloses this at the start of the call. This information is collected for one purpose: delivering your message to the business you called, so they can serve you. We deliver it to that business by email, messaging tools, and a secure dashboard.
If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, business name, and message you provide, and use them to respond to you. If you request a demo call, we collect the phone number you enter and use it once to place that call. We apply rate limits to prevent abuse.
We collect your business contact details and account credentials to operate your service. Your dashboard sign-in is protected by authentication, and each business can only access calls made to its own number.
We use a small set of processors to run the service: voice and telephony infrastructure (Vapi), speech-to-text and speech synthesis (Deepgram, ElevenLabs), language models (Anthropic), hosting (Vercel, Railway), database and authentication (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Call records are retained so the business you called can review and act on them. Businesses may archive records in their dashboard. If you want a specific call record deleted, contact us or the business you called and we will handle the request.
Our services are for businesses and their adult callers, and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
